Annual Report 2019-2020

The Authority has a statutory obligation under section 83 of the Act to prepare an Annual Report for submission to the National Assembly by the Cabinet Secretary/the National Treasury and Planning. The Annual Report captures the overall performance of the Authority, based on its key interventions and performance indicators. This report provides the nature and scope of the Authority’s activities; its plans and priorities including the number and nature of complaints and applications determined and/or under consideration; number and nature of investigations completed and continuing; and significant studies and market inquiries completed during the financial year 2019/20. This report also includes the Authority’s Financial Statements for the same period.
