trategic Plan is premised on the need for the Authority to align its activities and subsequently its resources to the operational environments. This is part of the on-going wider public sector initiatives to ensure efficient utilization of the available resources while ensuring effective delivery of services to drive the achievement of the national economic development Agenda and also meet the Constitutional obligations, in terms of service provision to the citizenry and utilization and management of public resources.
